ELD Specialist

We are searching for a knowledgeable and passionateELD Specialistto join our team. In this essential role, you will use your expertise in Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and FMCSA compliance to support drivers, dispatchers, and fleet management. You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations across our company.

Key Responsibilities for ELD Support and Compliance
* Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

* Train drivers, dispatchers, and team members on proper ELD usage, Hours of Service (HOS), and best practices for electronic log maintenance.

* Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and generate necessary reports for safety audits and FMCSA mandates.

* Communicate with drivers and fleet managers to resolve ELD-related questions promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications for an ELD Specialist
* 1+ year of hands-on experience with ELD systems or related technology in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
