About the Company:We are a product-led brand with a rich history of launching high-quality, innovative products that dominate on Amazon. After a challenging year involving platform-side disruptions and account suspensions, we are in a high-stakes rebuilding phase. Our mission is to diversify away from "platform risk" and transform into a sustainable, independent, and scalable DTC business. We aren’t looking for a "cog in a machine"—we are looking for the architect who will build the machine.
About the Role:This is a0 → 1 mandate. We have the products and the Shopify foundation, but we lack the engine to drive predictable revenue. We need a well-rounded, senior-levelGrowth Marketerto take full ownership of our Shopify store. Your goal is to move us from platform dependency to brand independence by creating a killer lead-gen model and a high-converting funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer Creation:Develop and test "killer" bundled offers and value propositions to maximize AOV on the first purchase.
* Funnel Architecture:Build and optimize end-to-end funnels (Traffic → Landing Page → Checkout → Retention).
* Traffic Acquisition:Launch and manage strategic paid campaigns (Meta, Google) focused on profitable growth rather than "burning cash."
* Email & Retention:Architect a lead generation engine and build automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-purchase) to increase LTV.
* KPI Accountability:Co-create and own performance benchmarks, providing clear weekly reporting on progress and roadblocks.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
* Senior Growth Experience:4+ years of growth marketing specifically for DTC brands, with a proven track record of scaling Shopify stores.
* Shopify Expertise:Hands-on experience building from early-stage to structured growth.
* Tech Stack:High proficiency in Figma, G-Suite, and leveraging AI tools for content/SEO optimization.
* Paid Media:Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Data Analysis:Ability to track and interpret CAC, ROAS, AOV, and Contribution Margin.
Soft Skills:
* Autonomous Self-Starter:You don’t need a manual; you thrive when given a goal and the trust to reach it.
* "Reading Between the Lines":Ability to identify customer pain points and "hidden" opportunities in the market.
* Strategic Precision:You think in systems and long-term durability, not just short-term tactical hacks.
