Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who sits comfortably at the intersection of online sales and social/digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategy with creativity, someone who can grow revenue while also shaping how the brand shows up online.
Because we’re a small team, this isn’t a role focused purely on analytics. We need someone who can think creatively, execute across channels, and adapt quickly balancing performance with storytelling, community, and brand presence.
You’ll have meaningful ownership, room to experiment, and the ability to directly impact growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce OwnershipManage and optimize our Shopify site, including product pages, collections, content, and overall user experience (no custom coding required).Social & Digital MarketingDrive digital growth through social media and paid channels, with a strong focus on Meta (Instagram/Facebook). Collaborate on content ideas that support both brand and sales.Paid Media (Performance + Creative)Launch and manage Meta and Google Ads with an emphasis on smart testing, creative iteration, and sustainable growth—not just dashboards.Content & Creative ExecutionCreate and guide content across channels, writing copy, coordinating photos/videos, and handling basic editing. Translate product stories into compelling digital content.Email Marketing & RetentionManage newsletters, flows, and campaigns to support customer retention and repeat purchases.Customer TouchpointsHandle customer emails with a strong brand voice and a customer-first mindset.Light Performance TrackingMonitor key metrics (sales, ROAS, engagement, email performance) to inform decisions—without over-engineering reporting.Growth & ExperimentationTest ideas, spot opportunities, and move quickly. This role requires initiative and comfort working without rigid processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience across e-commerce and digital marketing• Strong experience with Meta Ads (creative + performance balance)• Shopify experience• Comfort working across social, paid ads, content, and email• Strong copywriting skills and creative instincts• Basic photo/video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, similar tools)• Practical understanding of performance metrics (not analytics-heavy)• Self-starter mindset with ownership mentality• Excellent English communication skills• Availability during PST business hours
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with surf, skate, action sports, or lifestyle brands• Organic social growth experience (Instagram / TikTok)• Experience selling higher-ticket products• DTC brand-building experience• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)• Experience working with manufacturers or hybrid B2C/B2B models
