About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and drivenDispositions Managerto take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for our real estate investment portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on maximizing profit through effective marketing, negotiation, and relationship management. You will work cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, and closing teams to ensure a seamless and profitable disposition of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full disposition lifecyclefor assigned real estate assets—from listing through closing.

* Create compelling property listingsand coordinate marketing campaigns via MLS, investor networks, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

* Evaluate incoming offers, perform deal analysis, and negotiate sale terms to ensure favorable outcomes.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience inreal estate dispositions, sales, or acquisitions, preferably in the investment or wholesale space.

* Demonstrated success inclosing high-volume real estate deals(30+ transactions/year ideal).
