The Opportunity: The Revenue Generator

We are seeking a Digital Revenue & Conversion Strategist to be the core revenue engine for our digital education and membership products. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial success required to fund our scaling creative operations.

Your sole focus will be on the strategy, offers, and language required to convert existing traffic into high ticket sales. You will not be responsible for technical execution (such as website development, ad platform management, or CRM implementation), as our dedicated technical team is in place to deploy your vision.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Strategy & Offer Development
* Revenue Generation: Serve as the primary revenue driver, tasked with generating enough income from digital products to boost future staffing needs (e.g., video editors, designers, etc.).
* High-Ticket Sales: Develop and implement strategies to effectively convert organic traffic into high ticket sales for courses and memberships.
* Offer Strategy: Design and refine all digital offers, pricing, funnels, and value propositions for our courses, memberships, and any other digital products.
* Traffic Conversion: Develop the strategy for transforming existing organic traffic into measurable sales results.

Copywriting & Campaign Direction
* Copywriting: Own the copywriting for all sales materials, including landing pages, promotional emails, and sales pages.
* Email Marketing: Design the strategic flow of email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving direct sales conversions.
* Content Direction: Provide clear direction and strategy for content placement and optimization to maximize its conversion potential.

Product Strategy & Management
* Monetization: Identify and implement strategies on how to monetize and make money from our various digital content assets.
* Full Ownership: Handle the entire revenue generation side for courses, memberships, and any other digital products.

Required Qualifications
* Conversion Expertise: Proven, hands on experience converting organic traffic into sales, with a specific focus on high ticket sales or digital products (courses, memberships, software).
* Strategy Focus: Must be a strategic thinker capable of designing a full monetization and conversion plan.
* Copywriting: Exceptional ability in copywriting and developing compelling offers.
* Digital Product Experience: Experience marketing or selling intangible products (e.g., tech, consultancy, marketing/agency, or education) is a necessity.
* Work Style: Self starter who is motivated by clear revenue targets and excels at strategic planning.
