About the Role
We are seeking anexperienced Digital Advertising & Brand Campaigns Specialistto manage and optimize our targeted paid media strategy. This is acampaign management-focused role, centered on executing and maintaining paid advertising efforts that supportbrand awareness, retargeting, brand protection, and top-of-funnel efficiency-not high-velocity lead generation.
This role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in Meta and Google Ads management.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management & Maintenance
* Campaign Execution:Lead end-to-end execution of Meta and Google advertising campaigns, including setup, optimization, measurement, and reporting.

* Brand Awareness Focus:Manage campaigns aligned with brand visibility and strategic objectives, requiring steady, thoughtful optimization rather than rapid-cycle testing.

* Brand Protection:Oversee and report on brand keyword protection across search platforms, ensuring brand integrity and optimal placement.

* Channel Support:Provide tactical support for other paid channels (e.g., Indeed, Vivian, sourcing contracts). Assist with vendor communication, troubleshooting, and ensuring lead quality.

* Demand Ownership:Own all demand generation performance and evaluate whether websites and landing pages support delivery expectations.

* Website Optimization:Partner on conversion rate optimization (CRO) by analyzing funnel performance and diagnosing drop-off points.

Required Qualifications
* Experience:3-5+ years in digital marketing with direct experience executing paid media campaigns.
