In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is especially suited for contributors who have a background in research or academic work related to child development or developmental psychology, with or without direct clinical experience.

Scope of Work
* Evaluate, review, and annotate data sets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training.

* Provide detailed insights and feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and model outputs.

* Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children’s learning and behavior.

Preferred Qualifications
* Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or closely related field.

* Demonstrated involvement in technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects relevant to child development is highly desirable.
