Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer support tickets via email and live chat (Gorgias)

* Respond to inquiries regarding orders, subscriptions, payments, and shipping

* Support Shopify and ReCharge users, including subscription updates and billing

* Escalate complex or sensitive health-related questions when necessary

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
