You'll take full ownership of the customer journey, from expertly managing inbound calls and scheduling dumpster rentals to executing outbound strategies that fuel our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organized professional to work independently, directly impacting our bottom line while building genuine, long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls to process and confirm customer rolloff dumpster bookings.
* Accurately input and maintain customer and order data within the company system.
* Provide exceptional service and ensure all customer inquiries receive timely follow-up.
* Make outbound calls to generate new leads and build business partnerships, a mix of warm and cold calls.
* Handle driver communication and manage the scheduling of roll-off services.
Qualifications:

Required
* Possess strong communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette.
* A highly organized and proactive individual who maintains a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with basic computer systems and CRM tools
* Maintain a friendly and professional approach while effectively handling responsibilities autonomously.
* Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong value for promptness.
* Possesses a customer-first mindset and excels at building lasting rapport through positive and friendly interactions.
* Reliable tech setup for remote work.
