About the Role:

We’ve moved away from "robotic" AI interactions because we believe our customers deserve a human touch. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice of our company, building trust with homeowners and supporting our growth during our busiest season.

Schedule & Seasonality:
* Immediate– June: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. (Wednesday is your day off). Saturday availability is critical to support our door-to-door sales teams in Oklahoma.
* Post-June: Transition to a standard Monday – Friday schedule.
Role Responsibilities:
* High-Volume Engagement:Manage 40–80 calls per day with a focus on quality and empathy.
* Customer Support:Handle inquiries for both Utah and Oklahoma locations, ensuring every caller feels heard and supported.
* Data Management:Utilize PestRoutes to manage customer data, schedule services, and update accounts.
* Internal Collaboration:Communicate effectively with the team (Brittney and Alex) via Slack, Trello, and Google Suite.
* Problem Solving:Use our provided service guides to answer product questions and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
* Has at least 1-2 years of experience
* The "Human" Element:You are professional but warm. You naturally connect with people and avoid sounding like you're reading from a script.
* Accountable & Team-Oriented:You take pride in your work and thrive in a small-team environment where everyone’s contribution matters.
* Resilient: You can maintain a positive, helpful attitude even during high-volume periods.
Nice to Have:
* Tech-Savvy:You are comfortable using (or quickly learning) CRM software like PestRoutes and phone systems like 3CX/LawnFoam (Training will be provided)
Technical Requirements:
* High-speed, reliable internet connection.
* A quiet, professional remote workspace.
* Ability to participate in live remote coaching and training sessions via 3CX.
