About the Role:We are looking for aCustomer Success Coordinatorto ensure patients receive outstanding service and seamless support. The role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction, managing scheduling and follow-ups, and supporting the transition to fully digital practice operations. This position offers the opportunity to shape patient interactions, streamline processes, and have a tangible impact on the success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and CRM.
* Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage new patient leads.
* Maintain accurate and organized patient records, supporting the digitization initiative.
* Collaborate with dental and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient experiences.
* Track and report patient interactions and key metrics to leadership.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, patient engagement, and satisfaction.
* Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, client services, or administrative support (medical/dental experience preferred).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone presence.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and MS Outlook.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred:
* Experience with patient management systems or dental practice software (e.g., Weave).
* Experience managing high-profile or VIP clients.
* Previous experience supporting remote teams or working in a virtual role.
