Role Overview

We are seeking an articulate, tech-savvy, and commercially mindedSeasonal Customer Service & Sales Representativeto support a high-volume residential Christmas light installation company in the New England market during its peak holiday season.

Sitting at the intersection of customer service, inbound sales, estimating, and lead recovery, your primary mandate isspeed-to-lead. You will provide dedicated after-hours and weekend coverage—rapidly contacting warm inbound leads across phone, text, and email. Utilizing proprietary software, you will create visual lighting mock-ups, issue standardized online estimates, and collect initial customer deposits to convert prospective homeowners into booked installation appointments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Lead Recovery & Speed-to-Lead
* After-Hours Response:Monitor and rapidly engage incoming leads during weekday evenings (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST) and weekends (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) via phone, SMS, and email.

* Multi-Channel Engagement:Qualify prospective homeowners, evaluate property specifications, and gather project parameters to keep warm leads moving through the pipeline.

* Proactive Follow-Up:Execute continuous follow-up cadences with prospects who have received estimates but have not yet finalized bookings, ensuring zero opportunities fall through the cracks.

2. Visual Mock-Up Creation & Estimating
* Visual Presentation:Learn and utilize proprietary estimation software to generate accurate visual mock-ups illustrating standardized warm-white lighting designs on customer properties.

* Estimate Dispatch & Deposit Capture:Prepare and transmit standardized online estimates, answer pricing questions, resolve customer objections, and secure initial deposits to finalize bookings.

3. Pipeline Hygiene & Administrative Execution
* CRM Logging:Maintain real-time notes, estimate statuses, and communication logs inside the company’s lead management system.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Customer-Facing Experience:Proven track record in customer service, inbound sales, inside sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting targeting U.S.-based consumers.
