Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in managing tenant inquiries, resolving operational issues, and driving overall customer satisfaction for the business. This position requires a highly communicative professional with exceptional English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, a highly reliable remote technology setup, and the typing speed and accuracy necessary to maintain high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
