It’s crucial that the candidate is consistently available to cover the weekend/on-call portion every other week.

Salary up to$1,500-1,800 per month for LATAM/SAPlease be advised that the final offer will depend on the client's discretion based on experience and qualifications. Additional earning potential available through commissions.

The ideal candidate has a strong personality, is firm and straightforward with customers and team members, and can balance excellent service with sales-driven results. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving revenue through upselling and follow-ups, coordinating with technicians, and giving clear instructions to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in high-pressure situations and are eager to maximize your earnings, this role offers the potential to double your base salary through commissions.Key Responsibilities

● Performance Manager: Monitor the technicians' jobs and process,es and help and correct them if needed●Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.● Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive upselling opportunities, follow up on estimates, and close sales to maximize revenue.● Team Coordination: Work closely with technicians, giving clear instructions and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.● Scheduling & Coordination: Manage customer appointments and coordinate with the parts department for timely service.● CRM & Tools: Use Service Titan (or other CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) to manage calls, track data, and maintain accurate records.● Documentation: Process permits and other required documentation accurately.● Peak Season Readiness: Perform under pressure during peak AC season (May –October), maintaining composure while delivering results.● Collaboration: Partner with management and team members to improve customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

● Experience: 3+ years in customer service, inside sales, or call-center roles, ideally in high-pressure or target-driven environments.● US Business Hours Experience: Proven experience working with US business hours and interacting with US-based clients/customers.● Sales Skills: Proven ability to upsell, follow up on leads, and close sales. Must be confident and persuasive.● Leadership & Coordination: Able to give clear instructions and work effectively with technicians and other team members.● Personality: Strong, firm, and straightforward communicator with a motivated and outgoing demeanor. Able to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.● Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM and customer service tools (Service Titan, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).● Multitasking: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.● Remote Work: Must be able to work remotely while aligning with EST business hours.

Preferred skills:

● Language: Bilingual (English + Spanish strongly preferred).● Industry: Experience in the AC industry or a related technical field is a plus.
