Overview

Dynime is seeking a detail-oriented and innovativeCRM & Automation Specialistto design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and business automation workflows across the organization. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, streamlining internal processes, and enabling scalable growth through automation.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership teams to build intelligent workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve lead management, and maintain accurate customer data. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about automation, AI, integrations, and building efficient business systems.

This is a full-time, remote-first position with global flexibility. Team members can work remotely from anywhere or collaborate from a Dynime office when needed.

About the Role

As the CRM & Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating scalable systems that improve how Dynime manages leads, customers, projects, and internal operations. You'll configure CRM platforms, automate sales and marketing processes, integrate business applications, and build workflows that reduce manual work while improving accuracy and efficiency.

You'll also collaborate with technical teams to connect APIs, AI tools, and third-party platforms, helping Dynime deliver a seamless customer journey from lead generation to long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities
