Responsibilities:
* Product and UX Design:Execute and translate the product vision into product concepts and simple and delightful product/web designs.
* Create Design Assets:Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to illustrate design concepts.
* Shape Design Identity:Play a key role in shaping the design identity of the startup, influencing both product design and overall brand aesthetics.
* Collaborate with Founders:Work closely with the design-focused founders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
* Ensure Consistency:Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all design elements to uphold a strong brand identity.
* Iterate and Improve:Analyze feedback to refine designs, focusing on simplicity and quality to enhance user experience.
* Attention to Detail:Exhibit an eye for detail and a drive for simplicity in all design work.
Requirements
* Experience:3-5 years of experience as a UIUX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
* SaaS and eCommerce:Experience designing for SaaS platforms and/or eCommerce, particularly within the fashion industry, is highly desirable.
* Tools:Proficiency in Figma is a must; knowledge of Framer is a plus but not required (willingness to learn required).
* Design Principles:Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
* Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Startup Mindset:Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment, adapting to fast-paced changes.
