About the Role

We are seeking a creative, performance-driven, and culturally awareCreative Strategistto support and strengthen social media and paid advertising initiatives. This role is essential for developing content concepts, guiding production teams, and driving high-performing campaigns across social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker who understands how content performs across platforms and can translate marketing objectives into engaging video and social campaigns. You should be comfortable working independently within defined project scopes while collaborating closely with marketing, paid media, and studio teams.

The Opportunity

This role requires a social-first marketer capable of developing creative strategies across both organic and paid social channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and content creators to develop engaging, brand-aligned content designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Success in this role requires strong creative intuition, platform awareness, and the ability to use performance data to guide content decisions. You will help ensure the brand remains culturally relevant, visually consistent, and competitive across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

Content Ideation & Strategy
* Develop creative strategies and content concepts across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
* Identify high-performing content formats, storytelling styles, and social hooks relevant to dance, lifestyle, and wellness audiences
* Translate marketing goals into engaging, conversion-focused creative concepts
* Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and audience positioning
2. Creative Briefing & Production Collaboration

Creative Direction & Execution
* Write clear and detailed creative briefs for video editors, videographers, and on-camera talent
* Collaborate with studio managers, instructors, and internal teams to generate authentic and brand-aligned content ideas
* Support content shoots by assisting with concept planning, shot lists, and creative direction
* Provide feedback and revisions to ensure content meets performance and brand standards
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

Creative Testing & Iteration
* Analyze paid advertising performance and organic social metrics
* Use data insights to recommend creative testing strategies and content optimizations
* Identify new creative opportunities based on campaign results and platform algorithm trends
* Partner with paid media teams to align creative strategy with campaign objectives
4. Content Planning & Trend Monitoring

Content Calendar & Platform Management
* Build and manage social content calendars across organic channels
* Monitor competitor and industry content trends to maintain a competitive creative edge
* Stay current with platform updates, viral trends, and emerging content formats
* Recommend new content opportunities to increase engagement and audience growth
Required Qualifications

Experience
* 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or social media strategy roles
* Demonstrated experience creating or directing short-form video content
Platform Knowledge
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platform best practices
* Familiarity with paid social creative development and performance-driven content strategies
Skills
* Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
* Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with content production teams
* Ability to interpret marketing performance data and apply insights to creative direction
* Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with dance, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
* Background in influencer, UGC, or creator-driven content production
* Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns and creative testing frameworks
