Role Overview

We are hiring aCreative Strategist with Paid Media experienceto own the intersection betweencreative direction and performance marketing.

This is ahybrid roleβ€” ideal for someone who started as a media buyer and evolved into a creative thinker who understands:
* why ads work

You will work closely with leadership and creative resources to develop, test, and iterate high-performing ad concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy
* Develop ad concepts and creative testing frameworks

* Create briefs for video, UGC, and static creatives

* Identify winning hooks, angles, and messaging themes

Paid Media Collaboration
* Collaborate with media buying execution (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

* Understand performance metrics and attribution trends

* Translate data into actionable creative insights

* Support scaling winners and refreshing fatigued creatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required
* 3–7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing

* Strong background in Meta and/or TikTok advertising
