Working Hours: 40 hours per week CET

Salary Range: $1700 - $2000 USD per month(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Each week, you will run the following operating rhythm:The Extraction: Conduct a weekly "Deep Dive" interview or analyse a podcast episode to extract key insightsThe Waterfall: *Long-form: Produce 1 high-value Newsletter and 1 YouTube Script.Short-form:Extract 10-15 "Atomic" assets (LinkedIn posts, X threads, Reels/Shorts).AI Implementation:Use AI tools (Claude, Opus Clips, Whisperflow) to systemise and speed up content production without losing the human voice.What You’ll be Doing:Work closely with the founder on content related initiatives.Edit podcast clips, Accelerator sessions, and coaching calls into short-form video for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.Co-ordinate with the founder to create engaging organic content for the target market.Control and grow the companies Instagram & LinkedIn pages.Run new campaigns: landing pages, newsletter drops, new product promos.Keep our community engaged with weekly drop in sessions and highlight reels.What Your KPIs Will Be Focused On:Lead from content, specifically:Snowballn’ Sales Vault sign upsSollo Waitlist SignupsLinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram growthNewsletter subscriber growth and engagement rates.Distribution Velocity:Consistent multi-platform growth across LinkedIn (B2B Authority) and YouTube (Discovery/Scale).Who You Are:Serial Creator:You’ve built an audience or managed a high-growth brand for 3-5+ years.Master of the Hook:You understand that "scroll-stopping" content is the foundation of all B2B lead gen.Holistic Strategist:You don't just "post"; you design content calendars that align with 90-day "Seasonal" business goals.Fluent in SaaS & Sales:You understand the B2B landscape and can speak the language of founders and solopreneurs.You Probably Have the Right Skills For This If:You’ve edited short-form video (CapCut, Descript, or Premiere).You know how to write copy that is human.You love blending creativity with performance.You have 1 - 3 years experience in a general marketing role at an agency or SaaS companyYou Have the Right Attitude For This Role If:You have a growth mindsetYou’re comfortable with change (pivots happen!)If you don’t know the answer, you figure out how.You’re not afraid to ask questions.You understand how founders think (and can keep up with one).You enjoy working.
