About the Role- Content Lead

Key Contribution of the role:
* Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business goals.
* Use the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to shape user-focused content.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
* Plan content for all customer journey stages.
* Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms.
* Align content with user intent and optimize for ranking opportunities like AI overviews and snippets.
* Audit and refine content for relevance and performance.
* Ensure engaging, audience-tailored content with a consistent tone and credible sources.
* Leverage storytelling and collaborate with UX and product teams for effective delivery.
* Provide editorial oversight and guide internal and external contributors.
* Structure content for seamless addition of infographics and videos.
* Collaborate with design teams to enhance visual elements.
* Conduct primary and secondary research for unique insights.
* Optimize metadata and headers for improved rankings and accessibility.
* Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
* Coordinate with SEO, marketing, UX, product, and sales teams.
* Maintain workflows, calendars, and brand guidelines for timely and consistent delivery.

Qualifications Required:
