As a Content Creator for the client, you’ll become a key face and voice behind the brand’s digital content.

Role Responsibilities:

On-Camera Content Creation
* Serve as a recognizable and credible on-camera presence for the company
* Record engaging short-form video and other digital content.
* Deliver scripted and semi-scripted content naturally.
* Use a teleprompter while maintaining strong eye contact and conversational delivery.
* Maintain energy and authenticity across multiple takes.
* Adjust tone and messaging depending on the topic and audience.
* Make prepared scripts feel natural and relatable.

Content Production

You’ll spend approximately3–4 hours each working dayspecifically on content preparation, recording, and production-related activities.

The remainder of your day may include:

* Testing different content approaches
* Coordinating with leadership and marketing

Content Ideation & Creative Development
* Develop original ideas based on the challenges job seekers face.
* Create compelling hooks and opening lines.
* Turn complex recruiting or career topics into easy-to-understand content.
* Contribute to scripts and talking points.
* Bring personality and creativity to existing concepts.
* Identify opportunities to turn one topic into several pieces of content.
* Stay informed about hiring, recruiting, career, and social-media trends.
* Recommend improvements based on audience response.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of relevant experiencein content creation, social media, video production, digital marketing, presenting, recruiting, HR, education, career development, or a related field.
* Strong professional English proficiency.
* Confident, engaging, energetic, and credible on-camera presence.
* Meaningful experience or knowledge related to careers, recruiting, HR, education, professional development, job searching, resumes, interviews, or hiring.
* Strong understanding of the job-seeker or candidate journey.
* Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills.
* Ability to make career-related topics practical and relatable.
* Ability to simplify complex subjects without sacrificing accuracy.
* Experience creating short-form digital content.
* Ability to deliver scripted and semi-scripted content naturally.
* Comfortable using or quickly learning a teleprompter.
* Strong research and ideation skills.
* Strong organization, reliability, and consistency.
* Ability to maintain a structured content-production schedule.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
