Position Overview

We’re looking for a drivenCold Caller & Appointment Setterto join our Life Insurance Division. In this role, you’ll be contacting individuals who have already expressed interest in Final Expense or Life Insurance. Your primary goal is to pre-qualify leads using our proven script and schedule appointments for our licensed agents — or advance into a licensed closer role yourself under our agency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Outreach & Appointment Setting
* Make 150–300 outbound dials per day using our dialer/CRM
* Follow provided scripts and handle objections with confidence
* Set appointments directly on agent calendars
* Record all activity and notes in our CRM (Close.io, GHL, etc.)
2. Lead Management & Follow-Up
* Prioritize fresh, warm, and re-engaged leads
* Follow up with no-shows and reschedules
* Collect pre-quote information: date of birth, smoker status, basic health details
3. Performance Reporting
* Track and report daily calls, contacts, and appointments
* Participate in quick team check-ins (Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom)

What We’re Looking For
* Strong phone presence and persuasive communication
* Clear, friendly, and confident speaking voice
* Highly self-motivated and able to meet high-volume targets
* Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
* Familiarity with final expense or life insurance is a plus
* Comfortable using CRM tools and following structured workflows
