About the Role:
Step into a high-impact role as a Cold Caller for a dynamic real estate investment firm, where your charisma and confidence turn leads into lucrative property deals. You will act as the vital first point of contact, using your "think-on-your-feet" intuition to identify motivated sellers and qualify opportunities that fit our strategic "buy box." This is a thrilling opportunity to master high-level acquisitions, handle objections with ease, and directly drive the growth of our portfolio by securing key appointments for our principals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and qualify potential property leads by using existing lists and researching new prospects that fit the company’s specific "buy box" criteria.
* Set high-quality appointments for the acquisitions team by identifying motivated sellers and gathering essential property details.
* Handle and overcome objections with ease, using rapport-building techniques to keep conversations productive and professional.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with property owners to build trust and create a positive first impression of the company.
* Manage all lead data and appointment scheduling accurately within the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system.
* Capture critical information regarding owner motivation and property condition to ensure the follow-up team is prepared to make an offer.
Key Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in real estate, ideally commercial real estate
* Familiarity with real estate CRMs and platforms, GoHighLevel preferred
* Strong phone presence and ability to strategize to get leads to sign up
* Maintain a professional and resilient attitude, consistently representing the company’s brand values during every interaction.
* Availability for full-time, exclusive work with our company (not juggling multiple clients)
* Excellent English communication skillsIdeally have prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or real estate
* Skills You Should Have:Project natural charisma and confidence on every call to build immediate rapport with property owners.
* Think on your feet to navigate conversations naturally without relying strictly on a script.
* Maintain resilience and a positive attitude when handling objections or challenging callers.
