The Role

As aClient Success Manager, you'll own the client journey from onboarding through long-term account management. You'll become a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, helping them build successful remote teams, coordinating recruitment efforts, supporting contractors, and identifying opportunities to grow their teams over time.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with clients, recruiters, contractors, and internal leadership to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the partnership.

Your success will be measured not only by client satisfaction and retention, but also by your ability to build trust, anticipate challenges, and create opportunities for long-term growth.

Role Details

Commitment:Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours:Flexible with overlap across international clients

Location:Fully Remote

Engagement:Independent Contractor

Start Date:ASAP

Monthly Rate:$1,600 - $2,000 (depending on level of experience) + revenue-based incentives

What You'll Do

Client Success & Relationship Management
