Job Description
We are looking for aCivil Engineer/Civil Designerwho will be in charge of designing complex civil engineering projects for land development and public works projects utilizing CAD programs and design software.
IMPORTANT: ENGLISH AND A PORTFOLIO ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION.
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Design and oversee civil engineering projects related toland development, public works, site infrastructure, and utility design.

* UtilizingAutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other design softwareto create detailed engineering plans, models, and construction documents.

* Conduct and overseeland surveys, ensuring accurate data collection for site development and public infrastructure projects.

* Prepare grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

* Review and analyze survey reports, maps, and legal land descriptions.

* Performs design for site grading (earthwork), access road, stormwater design, hydraulic and hydrology calculations, detention ponds, erosion and sedimentation control, infrastructure design, parking lots, etc.

* Bachelor’s degreein Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
