Our client is a fast-moving startup operating and supporting two rapidly growing online casino brands across the crypto and U.S. social casino markets. The business operates within a larger ecosystem of highly established gaming operators.

One brand is a well-funded, rapidly scaling crypto casino backed by an international gaming group operating 17 additional casinos generating more than $50 million per month in gross gaming revenue. The second is a U.S.-facing social casino backed by a major U.S. operator generating more than $10 million per month in gross profit.

The company has the potential to exceed $100 million in annual profit within the next year.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own the entire product, design, creative, and content experience across two online casino brands. The CPO will drive product strategy, UI/UX, creative direction, content, social media, and build AI-powered workflows to scale content and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Product Ownership & Strategy:Define and refine product vision, roadmap, and user experience. Own initiatives from concept to execution, improve engagement/retention, translate user insights into product features, and make fast, well-reasoned decisions.
* Design & Creative Direction:Establish high standards for visual identity, product design, marketing creative, and UI/UX. Personally develop creative concepts and oversee digital assets/campaigns.
* Content & Social Media:Manage content strategy and social media presence native to crypto, Web3, and gaming culture. Build repeatable content production systems.
* AI Systems & Automation:Build AI-powered workflows and agents for creative ideation, copywriting, imagery, video, and content production to eliminate repetitive manual work.
* Cross-Functional Leadership:Connect product, design, content, and creative execution. Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams, surfacing blockers immediately and ensuring clear deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:5+ Years of experience across product, design, creative leadership, Web3, or digital products.
* Proven ability to own digital products from concept to execution.
* Exceptional creative taste, visual judgment, and strong UI/UX understanding.
* Hands-on creative execution capabilities and deep familiarity with crypto/Web3/gaming culture.
* Advanced proficiency with modern AI tools, LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
* Strong systems-thinking mentality, high speed, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in-person in Cape Town, Monday through Friday.
