About the Role

We are hiring aChief of Staff to the CEOto serve as the CEO’s operational right hand.

This isnota traditional Executive Assistant role focused on task execution alone. This is anoperational leadership positionresponsible for running systems, managing priorities, making judgment calls, and ensuring the business continues moving forward — even when the CEO is heads-down or unavailable.

The CEO is a visionary-style leader who moves quickly, communicates in short bursts (often via voice notes), and expects outcomes rather than step-by-step instructions. You will often receive partial context and be expected to turn it into completed work.

You will work closely with a team of approximately 15 people and coordinate across internal staff, freelancers, and contractors.

What You’ll Own

CEO Operations
* Manage the CEO’s inbox (email, LinkedIn, internal communications)

* Draft responses in the CEO’s voice and flag high-priority items

* Own hiring workflows end-to-end for multiple roles
