The Role

The Chief of Staff / Executive Partner is a senior, high-trust role that supports the founder directly.

You are the person who ensures priorities are clear, communication is clean, decisions are followed through, and nothing important falls through the cracks.

You will manage the founder’s professional world holistically, including inbox, scheduling, preparation, coordination, follow-up, and context management. While the title includes Chief of Staff, this is fundamentally asenior executive assistant role with elevated judgment, autonomy, and responsibility.

You are not expected to run departments or manage teams. Your value comes from discretion, anticipation, execution, and protecting focus.

What You’ll Do

Founder Support & Priority Management
* Manage complex calendars and schedules with intention and context
* Act as a gatekeeper for meetings, requests, and incoming priorities
* Proactively structure days, weeks, and travel around what matters most
* Manage and triage inbox with sound judgment and clarity

Preparation & Follow-Through
* Prepare briefs, agendas, and background context ahead of meetings
* Capture notes, decisions, and action items
* Ensure follow-ups are completed and looped back appropriately

Communication & Coordination
* Draft and refine internal communications, emails, and updates
* Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with leadership priorities
* Represent the founder in select meetings when appropriate

Context Management
* Hold broader business context so the founder does not need to
* Anticipate needs before they arise
* Surface issues, gaps, or conflicts early and calmly

Systems & Organization
* Maintain clarity across documents, tools, and workflows (Notion, shared drives, task systems)
* Create simple systems that reduce friction and mental load
* Keep information organized, current, and easily accessible

Trusted Partner
* Serve as a sounding board when needed
* Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
* Actively protect focus, energy, and decision quality

Who You Are

Background
* 5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C-suite executives
* Experience operating as a senior executive assistant or Chief of Staff–type partner
* Comfortable working with high trust, autonomy, and ambiguity
