About the Role: As Chief of Staff / Operations Lead, you will serve as a high-functioning strategic force multiplier for our client, directly driving operational scale and portfolio expansion. In this role, you will lead cross-functional execution by optimizing P&Ls for our client's established multi-location luxury services brand while simultaneously sourcing, underwriting, and coordinating real estate and business acquisition deal flows. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sharp, operator-first leader to exercise direct authority, manage diverse assets, and influence key financial and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multi-unit retail operations, setting clear direction for managers and optimizing P&Ls to drive top-line revenue.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational leadership, business operations, strategic consulting, or multi-unit management (Required).
