Position:Real Estate Data & Automation Specialist

Working Hours:8:30am to 5:30pm (CST)

Monthly Salary:USD1200  to USD1500(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Real Estate Data Analyst to own our end-to-end data processes. This role involves acquiring, cleaning, and automating property valuations to produce immediate, data-driven offer letters. As a key member of our growing real estate team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our analytics strategy, leverage AI tools, and contribute directly to revenue-driving campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Data Acquisition & ScrapingBuild or manage web scrapers to pull data from various online sources (or manually enter data when necessary).Identify and vet new data sources to increase the quality and volume of our lead lists.Refine existing scrapers to ensure accuracy and comprehensive lead coverage.

* List Creation & SegmentationCompile high-value lists for cold calling, direct mail, and other marketing channels.Segment leads using filters—such as distressed properties, absentee owners, or location-based criteria.Leverage BatchLeads, Excel, and Google Sheets to organize and track segmented lists.
