Job Description
Main purpose of role
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support client-facing strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate client-facing analytics, maintains analytical tools, and drives data-driven improvements across client and internal initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with program management office to ensure the accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.

* Complete complex ad-hoc reports to support client requests.

* Learn and apply effective use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Coupa, including report preparation and data utilization.
