Base Salary:

$3,000 – $4,000 / month (to start).

Commission / Variable:

Up to 100% of base.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$6,000 – $8,000 / month for the initial contract period

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, systems-focused Business Development Specialist to

lead pipeline growth and serve as the primary driver of new qualified opportunities.

You will design, automate, and execute outbound growth

strategies across targeted industries and key partner channels.

The ideal candidate is an expert in modern B2B outbound automation, high-ticket deal

environments, and leveraging AI tools to scale personalized outreach efficiently.

Responsibilities

● Pipeline & Opportunity Generation: Drive predictable pipeline growth by

building and launching targeted outbound campaigns across key partner

networks and industry verticals.

● Outbound Systems & Automation: Build, manage, and optimize scalable B2B

outbound sequences and infrastructure.

● AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to personalize outreach,

enrich prospect data, optimize workflows, and increase response rates.

● HubSpot Administration: Manage prospecting activity, track engagement, and

maintain clean data pipelines within HubSpot (or a similar CRM platform).

● Partner & Channel Development: Cultivate relationships with channel partners

to expand reach and generate high-value referral leads.

● Qualification & Handoff: Engage prospects, qualify decision-makers in

high-dollar B2B environments, and generate qualified meetings for leadership.

Requirements

● Outbound Expertise: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, pipeline

generation, and handling high-ticket/high-dollar sales cycles.

● AI & Tech Savvy: Strong practical experience leveraging AI tools for messaging,

data enrichment, and prospecting automation.

● Systems & CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or

comparable CRM/automation stack) and scalable email/outbound systems.

● Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed meeting

and pipeline creation quotas.

● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable

of engaging executive-level buyers.
