We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us connect with and qualify investors for our exclusive offerings.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting potential clients, and setting appointments for the sales team. You’ll be working a combination of inbound and outbound leads, and your primary focus will be ensuring that the leads you pass to the sales team are high-quality, accredited investors who are interested in private real estate investment opportunities.

This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that includes both cold calling and nurturing inbound leads. You’ll be working with high-net-worth individuals, so your communication skills must be polished, professional, and persuasive.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Qualification:Work with a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting (cold calling) to identify and qualify high-net-worth investors.

* Set Appointments:Your primary KPI will be to set qualified appointments for the sales team with accredited investors.

* Accredited Investor Verification:Engage in phone conversations to ensure prospects meet the criteria of accredited investors.

* CRM Management:Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to track leads, manage outreach efforts, and ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team.

* Cold Calling & Outreach:Cold calling prospects to introduce the real estate investment opportunities, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

* Report & Track KPIs:Consistently meet and exceed set targets for qualified appointments scheduled. Report on progress, challenges, and successes regularly.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in real estate or financial services.
* Strong track record of hitting KPIs and targets (appointment-setting, lead generation).
* Experience in outbound cold calling and engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
* Understanding of accredited investor requirements is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
* Base + Commission Structure:Potential to double base salary with commission based on performance.
