Position:Business Development Representative (BDR)

Working Schedule: 8am-4pm CST

Salary Range:$1400 - $1700/ USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support a sales consulting company specializing in decorated apparel providers. In this role, you will spearhead outbound sales efforts (mainly via phone outreach), playing a pivotal role in scaling business operations and generating new opportunities. BDR will be scheduling calls for these print shop owners to see the coaching, academy and CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute outbound phone sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
* Build and manage lead lists.
* Conduct cold phone outreach ensuring high activity levels.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Manage inbound leads and schedule appointments.
* Target warm leads that are engaging with our content.
* Consistently schedule multiple appointments per week.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by refining outreach strategies and techniques.

Qualifications
* 3+ years of proven experience in BDR roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
* Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a neutral or US-acceptable accent.
* Highly driven and determined, with the ability to thrive in the BDR "grind."
* Familiarity with outbound sales tools like CRM’s - specifically High Level.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while effectively supporting two distinct business lines.
