Role Overview

Our client is a leading childcare marketplace that helps parents find daycare and preschool while empowering providers to reach interested families. We are expanding their sales team to drive the growth of their premium subscription service which provides enhanced visibility and tools for childcare centers.

We are hiring for three positions: two bilingual representatives with excellent English skills to sell to home-based childcare businesses and one English-speaking representative to focus on larger center-based childcare businesses. Your mission is to proactively convert free users into premium subscribers by demonstrating the immense value of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
* Outbound Prospecting:Proactively reach out to childcare businesses currently utilizing the free service to introduce the benefits of the premium subscription.
* Lead Qualification & Discovery:Host discovery calls with prospective business owners to understand their specific enrollment needs and pain points.
* Sales Presentations:Conduct professional meetings and demonstrations over video to showcase how a paid subscription can meet their business goals.
* Closing & Conversion:Employ effective selling techniques to persuade customers to upgrade, emphasizing features, ROI, and overall value.
* Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups within the CRM to maximize conversion potential.

Required Skills & Experience
* Experience:2+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Sales Mastery:Strong background in conducting discovery meetings, identifying client needs, and closing deals effectively.
* Communication:Exceptional command of the English language (both written and spoken). For LATAM-based roles, full professional fluency in Spanish is required.
* Product Familiarity:Ability to communicate the value of a subscription-based model (SaaS) effectively and persuasively.
* Work Style:Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. You must be comfortable with high-volume outreach and working independently within a 9-5 EST schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in subscription-based sales or the childcare/education industry.
* Familiarity with marketplace dynamics or local business advertising sales.
* Previous experience using a CRM (we use Hubspot) to track and manage a high-volume sales funnel.
