Company/Client Overview:
The Company is a technology-driven marketing company built exclusively for dental practices. We combine AI-powered tools with high-touch, white-glove service to deliver websites, Google Ads campaigns, review generation, and call tracking that actually move the needle for our clients. We launched in July 2023, serve 20+ dental practices with near-zero churn, and are scaling aggressively toward 50+ clients. Our fully distributed team spans multiple countries, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This is not an SDR seat. You’ll own the entire new-business pipeline from first touch to signed contract. Today, our Founder handles every sales conversation personally—your job is to take that over so the company can scale beyond one person’s calendar. You’ll speak directly with dental practice owners and office managers, understand their goals, position our services as the clear solution, and close. The role will grow with you: as we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team beneath you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, demos, proposals and close.
* Conduct consultative sales conversations with dental practice owners, understanding their patient acquisition goals, competitive landscape, and growth ambitions.
* Clearly articulate Alpha Dental’s service offering (website design, Google Ads, review generation, call tracking) and how it translates to patient growth and ROI
* Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies targeting dental practices across the U.S.and Canada.
* Manage and nurture a pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity reporting.
* Collaborate with the Founder to refine sales messaging, pricing strategies, and service packaging based on market feedback.
* Represent Alpha Dental Solutions on calls with the same level of authority, credibility, and professionalism as the Founder.
* Hit monthly and quarterly new-client acquisition targets aligned with the company’s growth plan.
* Provide market intelligence back to the team: what objections come up what competitors are doing, what services prospects are asking for.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills
Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience:3+years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling marketing services, SaaS, or professional services to small-to-medium business owners.
* Proven track record of independently managing and closing deals (not just setting appointments).
* Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and confident phone/video presence—you’ll be speaking with American and Canadian dental practice owners daily.
* Strong consultative selling skills: you listen first, diagnose the problem, and position the solution.
* Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment across time zones (you’ll needoverlap with U.S. business hours for prospect calls).
* Self-starter mentality—you don’t need to be managed; you need to be unleashed.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in dental, healthcare, or medical marketing
* Understanding of digital marketing concepts: Google Ads, SEO, local search, reputation management.
* Experience selling to practice owners, clinic managers, or healthcare decision-makers.
* Previous experience in a startup or small-company environment where you wore multiple hats.
* Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in how technology can improve business operations.
