Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The primary role of theBusiness Development Manageris to work within the organization’s established sales methodology to proactively solicit and secure new clients for the firm. This role operates under the guidance of company leadership, who will support professional development, assist with prospective client activities, and monitor progress against defined targets.

The Business Development Manager will be assigned anIndustry Vertical and Client Portfolio, with the goal of consistently generating2–4 fully qualified new client opportunities per week.

Core Responsibilities
* Conduct an average of150 outbound calls per dayto initiate meaningful conversations with target prospects about the firm’s recruitment services
