Overview
Our client is seeking aBusiness Development Coordinatorwho is highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing systems and metrics, and excels at coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will support the ongoing growth and operational excellence of the North American dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Metrics Maintenance
* Maintain and optimize theMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM, coordinating technical updates with the external development team.

* Manage and monitorPower BI dashboardsand key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with external partners.

2. Dealer Network Operations
* Maintain and update dealeronboarding materials, including pitch decks, e-signature templates, and marketing brochures.

* Support day-to-day dealer communications and documentation.

3. Dealer Recruitment Campaigns
* Analyze dealer network performance to identifyterritory gapsandgrowth opportunities.

5. Sales Support & Documentation
