About the Role

We are seeking aBusiness Development Associateto support a growing private equity group focused on Midwest businesses. The primary goal is to create and maintainconsistent deal flowby building relationships with business owners and M&A intermediaries.

This is a remote role designed for someonepersonable, financially savvy, and proactive, capable of driving outbound business development without requiring direct supervision.
