* Prepare financial models and underwriting analyses for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing opportunities using Argus, Excel, and other licensed software.
* Review draft leases prior to execution for accuracy (rent schedules, dates, escalations, etc.) and ensure compliance with lease type standards before legal review.
* Provide comparable sales and lease data via CoStar, LoopNet, and other platforms.
* Develop broker opinions of value (BOVs) and market insights to support client presentations.
* Generate leasing reports and performance summaries for investors and brokers monthly.
* Maintain and update the brokerage team’s CRM system (Ascendix), ensuring accurate deal activity, contacts, and pipeline reporting.
* Provide weekly pipeline snapshots and activity reports to brokerage leadership.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support property listings through Buildium and external platforms.
* Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
* Communicate with brokers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
* Assist the Brokerage Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
* Accuracy:All deliverables must be error-free with correct dates, financials, and formatting.
* Timeliness:Most requests require24–48 hour turnaroundto meet internal brokerage deadlines.
* Communication:Maintain proactive communication with brokers, marketing, and leadership teams.
