Position: Brand Management Associate
Working Schedule: 8a-5p PST
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Management Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role offers hands-on experience in brand building, market research, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support a Brand Manager on the day-to-day execution of a fast-growing brand. This role touches operations, marketing, and customer experience. Your work may include:
Operations & Inventory
● Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs● Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecastsProject Management● Assist with task management and internal team coordination● Help plan product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Marketing Support
● Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
● Draft social media posts, email content, or creative briefs
● Help QA landing pages, ads, and website updates
Customer Experience
● Respond to support tickets and help improve customer satisfaction
● Monitor feedback and flag issues in the product or fulfillment
Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or related roles.
* Candidates must have at least 6 months of direct experience managing or assisting in the management of an e-commerce supply chain.
* E-commerce experience - especially if you’ve worked with Shopify, Amazon, or consumer brands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication -you communicate clearly and proactively, especially in writing.
* Attention to detail -You double-check your work and notice the little things that others might miss.
* Highly organized and proactive -you love checklists, systems, and keeping projects on track.
* Nice-to-have tool experience -Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, CRMs, Canva, or Figma is helpful, but not required.
