About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveMid-Level Bookkeeper + Customer Support Specialistto support a founder-led, multi-entity business portfolio. This role blends financial management with light operational support and requires someone comfortable working across multiple entities in a dynamic startup environment.
The primary focus is bookkeeping and financial clarity. The secondary focus is managing a shared inbox and handling basic customer inquiries. This is not a call center role β support is primarily email-based.
You will work directly with founders and play a key role in improving financial visibility, tracking profitability, and supporting investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance (Primary Focus)
* Manage bookkeeping across multiple entities
Manage bookkeeping across multiple entities
* Organize and categorize expenses (business + limited personal tracking)

* Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P)

* Track margins, cost per order, and unit economics

* Perform profitability analysis across products and entities

* Build and maintain financial clarity dashboards (currently Excel-based)

* Clean and structure financial data for investor readiness

* Support accounting system evaluation or migration (QuickBooks knowledge preferred, but not currently in use)
