In this role, you will own the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps a UK business running smoothly. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities
* Process orders, forms and customer records accurately
* Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date
* Manage shared inboxes and route queries
* Prepare simple reports for the team
* Follow up on outstanding tasks until closed

What you'll need
* Experience in an admin or back-office role, with examples of accurate data handling
* Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
* Strong typing and attention to detail
* A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace
* Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

* Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot
