Role Overview

We are seeking a results-drivenSales Managerto develop and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively. This role will be instrumental in scaling our sales operations, with the potential to oversee a growing team of 40-50 sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
* Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and optimize performance.
* Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills of sales reps.
* Utilize CRM and sales tools to track progress and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements
* Proven experiencein a sales management role, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or related industries.
* Strong leadership skillswith the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesto build relationships with clients and distributors.
* Strategic mindsetwith a data-driven approach to sales performance.
* Experience working with offshore teamsis a plus.
* Fluent in Englishwith strong presentation skills.
