Associate Recruiter

Role Overview

The primary role of theAssociate Recruiteris to proactively identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of client career opportunities. This role operates under the guidance of aPractice Director, who will support professional development, assign weekly job vacancies, and monitor workflow.

Associate Recruiters are expected to manage their assigned workload efficiently, ensuring timely identification, qualification, and submission of candidates. The goal is to handle2–4 assigned job vacancies per week, producing5–8 qualified candidate submittals weekly.

Core Responsibilities
* Conduct an average of100 outbound calls per dayto source passive talent for client career opportunities
