Company Overview:

A specialized fire protection and life safety provider delivering inspection, testing, and compliance services to commercial and multi-family properties.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sales-minded Appointment Setter to drive outbound outreach and schedule site walkthroughs for commercial fire safety services. Focusing on property managers, building owners, and facility directors, you will pre-qualify leads and book consultations directly into Go High Level—bypassing unnecessary steps to get our field team on-site faster. You will focus purely on lead engagement and scheduling; closing sales, estimating, and proposal writing are handled separately.

This position starts part-time and transitions to full-time upon consistently reaching booking targets (e.g., ~4 qualified walkthroughs/week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach & Lead Pre-Qualification
* Conduct outbound phone, email, and digital outreach to commercial property managers, facility managers, and building owners.
* Pre-qualify prospective accounts by gathering key property details, compliance history, service needs, and decision-maker timelines.
* Address initial customer questions professionally and communicate the value of an on-site safety inspection and walkthrough.
* Focus on scheduling direct on-site walkthroughs for high-quality leads, streamlining the sales process so field leads can assess property needs immediately.
* Maintain a professional, confident, and persuasive communication approach across all cold and warm interactions.
Calendar Booking & Process Handoff
* Schedule qualified walkthrough consultations directly onto the lead field consultant's calendar.
* Provide complete pre-walkthrough documentation, property specs, and contact details for the field team prior to each scheduled site visit.
* Execute a clean process handoff: once the walkthrough is booked, transition the lead so the field team can conduct the walkthrough, build the proposal, and present the estimate.
* Send automated and personalized meeting confirmations and reminders to property managers to ensure low no-show rates.
* Follow up promptly with unconfirmed bookings or rescheduled requests to keep appointments on the calendar.
CRM & Pipeline Operations
* Manage all lead activity, call logs, task cadences, and booking stages inside Go High Level (GHL).
* Maintain complete and accurate contact records, property notes, and task statuses in real time.
* Track follow-up sequences for leads who require multiple touchpoints prior to scheduling.
* Monitor automated outreach workflows within Go High Level and step in with manual follow-up when required.
Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement:Fluent English (Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills)

Experience:2–5 years of professional experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Inside Sales Specialist, or Outbound Lead Generator.
* Proven experience conducting outbound call outreach, qualifying commercial prospects, and booking calendar appointments.
* Practical experience working with Go High Level (GHL) CRM software for lead management, task tracking, and scheduling.
* Ability to pre-qualify leads efficiently and identify direct walkthrough opportunities with high-intent prospects.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily outreach cadences across multiple property accounts.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve consistent weekly appointment quotas.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace equipped with a noise-canceling headset.
* Availability to start part-time and scale to full-time hours, working Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PST.
