🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Appointment Setter who knows how to make things happen. If you’ve got 3+ years of experience booking appointments in fast-paced sales environments, love connecting with people, and thrive on meeting targets, this role is for you.

You won’t be dialing random numbers. You’ll be speaking with warm leads from our own database, people who’ve already shown interest. Your job is to turn that interest into solid appointments that help close deals.

📞 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Calling from a pre-qualified database — no cold calling here✅ Making ~100 calls per day to schedule high-quality appointments✅ Following up like a pro — keeping potential clients engaged and informed✅ Handling objections with confidence and building rapport✅ Keeping our CRM sharp and updated with every conversation

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years in sales or appointment setting — bonus if it’s in a high-volume environment✔️ Clear, confident English (C1 level or higher) — you know how to make people listen✔️ Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs and digital communication tools✔️ Naturally outgoing, persuasive, and goal-oriented✔️ Someone who treats every call like a conversation — not a transaction✔️ Thrives in fast-paced settings and loves hitting targets
