We are seeking a motivated, detail-orientedAppointment Setter (SDR)to support our growing physical therapy practice. This role focuses on managing inbound leads from digital ads and converting them into booked appointments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from lead to appointment.

Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up on new leads (~70 per week) generated from ads

Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English; clear US-accent familiarity is a plus
