About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based serial entrepreneur operating a diverse portfolio of companies spanning home care, payment processing, roofing, ATM services, reputation management, real estate, and media.

The portfolio includes a home care organization with more than 100 employees, a payment processing company, a roofing operation, an ATM company, a reputation management business, Florida real estate holdings including co-living properties, and an upcoming real estate syndication podcast.

The founder is highly interested in AI and believes businesses that effectively integrate artificial intelligence into everyday operations will achieve meaningful productivity and competitive advantages.

Rather than treating AI as an isolated technology initiative, the objective is to integrate AI and automation directly into the operating workflows of the businesses.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially mindedAI & Automation Managerwho can identify, design, implement, and continuously improve AI-enabled workflows across the founder's portfolio.

Initially, one individual will support all companies.

This isnot purely a developer roleand is not simply about building isolated automations when requested.

The successful candidate must combine technical capability with strong business judgment.

They need to understand how work is currently performed, identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, select appropriate technology, implement the solution, and measure whether the change actually improves the business.

The founder wants someone who can look at a business process and ask:

“Why are humans still doing this manually, and how could AI or automation make this dramatically faster or better?”

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification

Evaluate workflows throughout the portfolio and identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.

Review processes involving:

Workflow Analysis & Redesign

Map existing processes before automating them.
