Work Hours (Client): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Company Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive outreach specialist to help grow affiliate and creator partnerships for two businesses:
* A D2C wellness e-commerce brand with a strong Instagram presence and an existing affiliate opportunity.
* A B2B SaaS platform in the TCG/card market that helps vendors build storefronts and run sales outside of marketplaces like eBay.
You will own outreach to micro-influencers, creators, and affiliates, nurture interest, and help onboard partners into established CRM workflows.

Role Overview:

Drive direct outbound partner recruitment across two distinct brands, executing targeted social media and email outreach campaigns to recruit micro-influencers and content creators into profitable affiliate partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* DTC Wellness Affiliate Outreach (Instagram): Conduct direct outbound outreach to target micro/small influencers, present high-margin affiliate commission structure, build rapport, follow up, and maintain clean records.
* B2B SaaS Partner Onboarding (YouTube & TCG Niche): Conduct direct outbound email and DM outreach to target YouTube creators in the TCG community, communicate core value proposition, walk creators through onboarding, utilize pre-built lists, and build relationships.
* CRM Tracking & Pipeline Management: Manage outreach stages, log communications, provide regular updates, and suggest messaging tweaks.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 2–5 years of professional experience in affiliate outreach, influencer marketing, outbound SDR prospecting, or partner onboarding.
* Comfortable working in a CRM.
* Exceptional written English communication skills.
* Proven experience in outbound social outreach and email recruitment.
* General CRM experience and strong organizational skills.
* Self-motivated and dependable with a reliable internet connection and workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with influencer outreach, affiliate programs, or creator partnerships is a plus.
* Experience working with remote teams and contractors is a plus.
* Prior experience with D2C, e-commerce, wellness, SaaS, or creator outreach.
